The Governor Gets a Bible

Last night, in Lansing, the dreary, socialist address known as the State of the State was delivered by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to a joint session of the House and Senate.

How socialist you ask? Big Gretch stated she wants high school grads to attend community college for "free" and also 4-year-olds to attend preschool for "free."

Well, you didn't expect her to promise to make government affordable (for those middle class folks stuck paying for the "free" stuff), did you?

Anyhoo, two memorable moments occurred when Abortion Barbie made her way into the room. State Rep. Josh Schriver, who scored 100% on the Freedom Index, handed her a Bible ... which she [momentarily] accepted.

Then, Rep. Joe Fox, Freedom Caucus member, politely declined to shake her hand.

We like your style, Gentlemen. Much more refreshing than the blather about "people want to see us work together" offered by a certain northern MI lawmaker.

P.S. The blueberry blue blazer the Gov wore was sharp. Go, Lions!

You guys can't handle a strong woman leading Michigan. Let's make Michigan better with Gov. Whitmer.

Good post! I would add additional adjectives beside "dreary" to describe both Michigan's current governor, Gretchen Whitmer, and her state of the state address, namely, "impoverishing," and "disgusting."
