Those of you who live in the City of Petoskey likely received the mailer pictured. Its intent was to lobby against a ballot proposal that, if it passed, would have allowed out-of-town vendors to set up at least 3 new recreational marijuana dispensaries w/in Petoskey's city limits.
Good news! ERG recently received word that the pot ballot initiative was invalidated for petition irregularities. So, the proposal will not be on the ballot, and the mailer can be tossed into the recycling bin.
However, it will likely be back in the near future. We will keep track of forthcoming developments.
